'I pity those who keep bees only to earn
money. They deprive themselves of
a very sweet enjoyment.'

NATURAL BEEKEEPING AUSTRALIA - RESOURCES

Over ten years ago, when Tim began researching natural and traditional beekeeping methods, relevant information drawn from various disciplines wasn't yet collated. Therefore, investigating the topic was time consuming.

A few years ago we compiled a 'recommended reading list' in order to save our beekeeping students the time involved in searching for the best books, articles
and websites about Natural Beekeeping.

We have recently expanded the list, and although by no means exhaustive, the compilation offered below is a hand picked collection of books, articles and links
that Tim has found to be indispensable for his research and his day to day
activities as a Natural Beekeeper.

We strongly suggest new beekeepers read some of the resources below and that
practicing beekeepers re-visit this page for yearly updates.
